Thank you so much for taking the time to learn about our family. We can only imagine what an emotional time this may be for you, and we respect and admire you for considering adoption Whatever choice you make, we know that by following your heart, it will be the right choice.
We want you to know that our decision to adopt is one that has been made with years of thought, discussion and prayer. We have been married for 13 years, and have a loving and stable relationship that is built on friendship. We have a warm, safe and happy home, filled with love and laughter. We know that we can provide a life full of love, support, opportunity and stability for your child. Due to medical complications, we can not have that child ourselves, and are excited to complete our family through adoption.
We have done a great deal of research on open adoption, and would welcome an open adoption. We always want your child to know what an incredibly special person you are and what a miracle adoption is. We look forward to building a special relationship with you so that you always know that your child is loved, safe and happy. If however, you are looking for a closed adoption, we would certainly respect your wishes.
Having already been blessed with our daughter, we fully understand what it means to be parents, and to raise a child. We want you to know that if you decide to place your child with our family, that child will be every bit as loved, cherished, cared for, supported and protected as our daughter is. Being a parent takes an incredible amount of unconditional love, time, dedication and patience. These are all things we have, and are willing and happy to give. We hope that by giving you an idea of what our daughter’s life is like, you can imagine what life in our family would be like for your child.
We know that raising a child has its ups and downs, and that the right answers are not always found in the latest parenting book. We are very lucky to have a large support system of family and friends nearby who love our children and would do anything for them. We are very blessed that Christi can be a stay at home mom, and can spend so much quality time with our children each and every day.
As parents we want our children to grow up knowing that they will always be loved no matter what. We want our children to be kind, honest and loving people who embrace life and look forward to each new day. We want to give them every opportunity to explore their interests and develop their talents. We want them to be unique individuals who are cherished and celebrated for their uniqueness. We want them to grow up to be confident, independent, to believe in themselves and to be helpful to others. We will always be here to encourage and help them to follow their dreams, and to love them unconditionally.
